Billing FAQ
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your billing cycle.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contract. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly, depending on the billing you choose. Cancel anytime from your dashboard and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save ~17% (pay for 10 months, get 12).
What happens if I exceed my limits?
Programs already running keep working on their last successful check. Further checks that day are declined until the next day (UTC), so a program started after the daily limit is reached fails its start-up check and has to be started again once checks resume.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of your billing period.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.
