Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your billing cycle.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save ~17% (pay for 10 months, get 12).
What happens if I exceed my limits?
Your software continues to work, but new verifications may be throttled until the next day.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of your billing period.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.
